Clover Clarifies HRA Fee

I'm getting lots of questions about if we are paying an HRA in NJ and how do I do it. We are paying $50 for each new Clover application to the agent but more importantly, you new member will start with $80 on their Live Healthy reward debit card that they can spend on just about anything they want.
